You can now view your colleague's online presence from all Owner Fields, Grids (where users are shown) and Lookup Controls that show user information.

Along with being able to see if a colleague is looking at the same record, you can send an email or start a Teams chat from within Mercury (right)
The message will be presented to the recipient in context, with a link to the Record, to help ensure your conversations are on the right track.
Create and join Teams meetings in-app or from appointments.

It's now easy to join Teams meetings from an appointment in Mercury, with a single button click from the appointment or the timeline control.
While this feature was an opt-in through the environment settings previously, it's now enabled by default for all appointments in tenants that use MS Teams.
Users are now able to set an Appointment as a Teams meeting via the toggle in the Quick Create screen (see right), where a Teams meeting link will be automatically added to the description. Recipients of the calendar invite will receive the familiar Teams invite, below.
When opening the Appointment record, you are now presented with a new ribbon button (see below) where you can join the Teams meeting straight from Mercury. A link can also be found in the Details section.
